Our Story
With a vision born in the vibrant heart of the British Virgin Islands, Caribbean Cooling was founded over a decade ago to bring comfort and reliability to the Caribbean paradise. Inspired by the beauty of our islands and the challenges of maintaining cool, comfortable spaces in a tropical climate, our team set out to create more than just an HVAC company. We aimed to build a lasting partner for luxury estates and resorts - a partner clients could trust for energy-efficient, tailored cooling solutions.

Founding & Vision
In 2012, we launched Caribbean Cooling with a commitment to quality and care. Our mission? To blend technical expertise with an intimate understanding of the Caribbean’s unique climate demands. As we grew, our reputation for reliability and excellence drew the attention of premier hospitality and residential clients, setting the stage for expansion.

2014
Expansion & Growth
Our growth continued in 2014, transforming Caribbean Cooling from a specialized HVAC installation company into a full-service provider. We expanded to offer comprehensive design, installation, maintenance, and aftercare solutions, allowing us to support every step of our clients’ climate control needs.
Working closely with some of the Caribbean’s largest construction companies, our team now handles everything from single split systems to advanced VRF systems for large hospitality projects. These collaborations allow us to deliver projects from the earliest design stages through to final handover, with the quality and reliability that our clients have come to expect.
A Commitment to Community
When Hurricane Irma swept through the British Virgin Islands in 2017, leaving profound damage in its wake, our commitment to the community was tested like never before. As residents ourselves, we understood what was at stake. Our team worked tirelessly to restore critical properties and provide the comfort of a cool, welcoming environment once more. The gratitude from our clients and neighbors reinforced our dedication to serve and support our community, even in the toughest times.
2017
Our Showroom at Virgin Gorda
By 2022, we celebrated a new milestone: opening a showroom in Virgin Gorda. This space allowed us to welcome our clients face-to-face, showcasing premium brands like Midea and Mitsubishi. The showroom became more than a display of products; it was a place where our clients could experience our commitment firsthand, and we could deepen our relationships within the community.

Expanding to M.E.P
To meet the growing demand for comprehensive infrastructure solutions, we expanded again in 2023. Partnering with Caribbean MEP Services, we now provide full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing solutions. This partnership completes our vision for seamless, reliable systems designed to support the unique needs of high-end estates and hospitality venues in the Caribbean.

THE TEAM
At Caribbean Cooling, we’re more than just HVAC experts—we’re a team dedicated to delivering tailored climate solutions that fit the unique challenges of the British Virgin Islands. Led by Director Peter Page, our team brings decades of experience to every project, from luxury villas to large commercial spaces.
With long-standing members like Installation Supervisor Richard Nobrega, Aftercare Specialist Raghavendra Devadiga, and Installation Engineer Prajwal Pereira, our collaborative approach ensures that every system is installed, maintained, and optimized for peak performance.
We take pride in working as a cohesive unit, combining individual expertise into a collective force that drives our success. Every team member contributes to our mission of providing comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind to our clients, whether they’re staying in a private estate or managing a hospitality property.
